| TOPIC: “Islamic Terrorism and the West: Conflicting Mentalities and Missed Warnings" SPEAKER: Richard Horowitz, Attorney at Law DESCRIPTION OF SPEECH: With the globalization of business, fraud specialists face a future of working assignments not only in their native country but in all parts of the world. As the threat of terrorism may increasingly define the context in which we all may have to operate if governments do not competently address the problem, it is important to be informed on this important topic, which could affect us all. The threat posed to the West by Islamic terrorism has continued since the fall of the Taliban in Afghanistan with no end in sight. This presentation explains why the West is a target.
