Tom investigates for the State Bar as well as jointly works on investigations with law enforcement such as The Trevor Law Group, which was a multi agency investigation. Tom will then tell us who gets involved (and in what way) in investigating these fraud schemes--the legal redress and discipline mechanisms. Finally, there will be a "what happens to these people" part of the presentation. All three main topics will be illustrated with real case examples. |
