| TOPIC: “Premises Liability/Security Expertise” SPEAKER: Ronald J. Foster DESCRIPTION OF SPEECH: Mr. Foster will addressing premise liability as it effects ownership of any multi -story commercial or residential, i.e. condo/townhome/assisted daycare living facilities, etc. SPEAKER BIO: Our expert has over 26 years of investigative experience conducting Civil, Criminal, Insurance, Asset, and General Background Investigations. He has focused his investigative talents and knowledge to move investigations into the 21st century. He is responsible for the technical direction, marketing, and financial operations with offices located in Darby, Montana; Portland, Oregon; Bakersfield, Fresno, and Culver City, California. Having taught defensive tactics, firearms, and advanced officer survival courses to various police agencies in California; holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice; is a certified firearms and baton instructor; and is proficient in various martial art forms. He has testified on numerous insurance, video and surveillance related matters; help set-up the South Bay High Tech Crimes Unit; taught various police departments in software piracy/identity theft investigations and high tech surveillance operations; taught at the California Institute of Forensic Science, California Specialized Training Institute, and various police academies; and has performed numerous video and audio enhancements for both law enforcement and private entities. He is a member of the Society of Former FBI Employees, the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association, the National Infraguard Security Association, and is an advisor to the California Office of Homeland Security. |
